Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday, normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time), and, at times, after hours (hey, I work out of my basement office. Suffice to say, I'm in here a lot.) As far as holidays and "days off", I use the bank as my gauge - if the bank is closed, I'll think about closing as well (although as any entrepreneur knows, this is a bit of a pipe dream. But I do try to "not work" on holidays, hard as that is.)

Some thoughts on Communicating

I'm pretty big on prompt communication - it means something to me. So you can expect your call or e-mail to be returned within a reasonable timeframe, and you can also expect me to honor any "phone appointments" we make. I may be just a home-based writer / marketing guy, but I am a professional.

About the phone and price quotes...

I typically work alone, and answer my own phone. So I'll ask a quick favor - if you are just looking for a price, please use my quote form, or simply e-mail me. At the very least, give me the preliminary details that way, and let me quote you a basic price. Once we're both ok w/ the basics, then we can talk details.

It's not that I can't/won't talk on the phone - I happily will for almost anything. But there's nothing worse than both of us wasting 20 minutes on the phone going over your project, only to discover we're miles apart on price / timeframe / etc.
