Consulting / Coaching

I do several kinds of consulting / coaching here. These services rose out of popular demand - basically, just in doing my thing here, people/companies started asking me for advice/opinions. So I'm happy to oblige.

One thing I think you need to know up front: I do not look for long-term consulting or coaching relationships. If you want to hire me a second/third/tenth time, hey, great. But I'm going to come in, give you my honest thoughts, and look to move on.

I feel this is the best relationship, because it allows me to be 100% honest. Think about it - if someone is looking for an ongoing consulting contract, they're going to tell you what they think you want to hear, and look to string you along. That's not me - I'll tell you what I really think.

For business/marketing consulting, I assist businesses with the big picture, marketing, new products, motivation, store layouts, etc. I also try to bring some "regular guy / outsider with a sharp marketing mind" perspective.
I also do Entrepreneur Coaching. I'm a small, (largely) one-guy shop, and I know all about "going it alone" and kitchen table/garage startups. I talk to entrepreneurs via e-mail to answer any questions, give motivation, get them going, or whatever else they need.
I put Interviews / Guest Appearances here because it's the most logical spot. I'll be happy to appear on your radio / tv / podcast show. I'm a fun, lively, informed guest, and we'll talk about whatever you wish to talk about. I'm pretty unscripted in this regard - I'd rather any interview/etc be as natural and honest as possible. If you wish me to appear as an expert on the subjects of writing / business / entrepreneurship / marketing / personal success, I'd be happy to do that too.
