As you know, I'm not going to use this blog anymore. I moved over to blogspot (link in previous post) , but I don't like that one either. So I am in the process of having a blog-style site built as we speak (well, write.) The site will be a site for "me", my books, and my blog - it will replace the www.danfurmanonline.com  site that's there now (currently, that site is just for the Start and Run a Real Home Based Business book, but I'll be expanding it.)

Very excited at how it's all coming together - look for it in.... I'm going to say having it running by Thanksgiving is my goal. It's now Sept 11th, so I think that's reasonable.

Ok, so why am I posting here, then? Well, because some people probably still have this link bookmarked, and I want them to know I'm not dead or anything. And I also want to ask John McCain a question... are you going to say/do anything besides pointing to your VP nominee and saying "look at her, everyone!"? Because essentially, that's about all we seem to be getting from you - very broad based talk, then a "look at her" statement.

Listen, VP is about the least important job ever in terms of actual policy. You essentially have one function - be ready to be president. And let me tell you, she isn't it. She reminds me of every arrogant, bitchy, selfish, rude, "me and my kids first" minivan-driving soccer mom I ever met. No, that's NOT who I want to see leading us.

Yes, I said I'm not that political, but sometimes, the process pisses me off enough to get political. Do yourself a favor, America - vote for the smarter guy. And if you go by the intelligence premise, it's no contest.  Obama wins by a landslide.
